Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game FLYOUT 3D ("the App", package com.boxapp.flyout3d) handles your information. The App is developed and operated by an individual developer ("we", "us"). Contact: thaonp.dsvn@gmail.com.

1. No account, local game data

FLYOUT 3D does not require an account. Your game progress, settings, coins, boosters and daily challenge streak are stored locally on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the App.

2. Data collected by third-party services

The App uses the following third-party SDKs, which may collect limited data automatically:

Google AdMob (advertising) — advertising ID, device information, IP address (approximate location), and ad interaction data, used to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from partner apps.
Google Firebase Analytics — pseudonymous identifiers, device information, and in-app events (e.g. level started/completed), used to understand how the game is played and improve it.
Google Firebase Crashlytics — crash logs and device state at the time of a crash, used to fix bugs.
Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase / RevenueCat — purchase history and a pseudonymous app user ID, used to deliver in-app purchases and restore them. We never receive your payment card details; payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location.

3. Advertising and consent

The App shows rewarded and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. Where required by law (e.g. EEA/UK/Switzerland), you will be shown a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before ads are served, and you can change your choice at any time in the App under Settings → Privacy Options. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

Purchasing Remove Ads disables interstitial advertising in the App. Rewarded videos remain optional.

4. Feedback email

If you choose to send feedback from the App, it opens your own email app. We only receive what you send and use it to reply and improve the game.

5. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the App, contact us and we will assist with its removal.

6. Data security and retention

Data transmitted by the SDKs above is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Data held by Google and RevenueCat is retained according to their own policies. Local game data remains on your device until you uninstall the App.

7. Your rights and data deletion

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access or delete data held about you. Because the App has no accounts, the main identifier involved is your advertising ID, which you can reset or delete in device settings. To request deletion of data held by our service providers (for example, purchase records linked to your pseudonymous ID), email thaonp.dsvn@gmail.com; we will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this page with an updated effective date.
